1. Lent is a time of prayer, fasting, almsgiving, repentance, and return to the Lord. Wishing everyone a meaningful and grace-filled Lenten season.
2. There will be virtual Stations of the Cross every Friday at 6 pm available on St. Joseph’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.
3. AVOSA Lenten Retreat for young adults will be on 19th and 20th from 10.15 am to 1.30 pm. Please find the details on our website and Facebook page.
4. The “Year of Saint Joseph” will be inaugurated in our parish on the 19th of March by Bishop Paul Hinder.
There will be:
a. A 3-day preparation prior to the feast of St. Joseph.
b. Parishioners are invited to write a short essay/article on St. Joseph.

II. St. Joseph and my Family Life
III. St. Joseph‘s influence in my life as a working woman/ man
IV. Subject of your choice
c. An editorial board will go through your essays and your work will be published on St. Joseph’s Cathedral website.
d. You are welcome to submit the Essays / Articles by the end of April.
e. You are invited to create an artistic work (painting) which could be done on the theme of St. Joseph/St. Joseph’s church, to be completed before the 19th of March. The best painting will be placed in front of the church at the entrance.
