Announcements (13-14 May 2023)

1. We congratulate Fr. Michael Fernandes, OFM. Cap. on his election as the new Custos responsible for all Capuchins in the Gulf. May God bless him in his new ministry.

2. On Tuesday, 16 May 2023, Bishop Paolo will celebrate Mass at the Abrahamic House at 6:30 pm, followed by a talk on the holy rosary at 7:00 p.m.

3. On Saturday, 20 May 2023, some of the parish choirs will offer a concert of Easter music at 7:00 p.m. in the Abrahamic House, following the 6:30 p.m. evening Mass. All are invited.

4. Parish Marriage Preparation Course will be conducted on Friday, 19th May from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday, 20th May from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Those attending the Marriage Preparation Course are invited to register online. Registration closes on 16th May 2023.

5. The Konkani Retreat will begin from Monday 22nd through 25th May at 6.30 pm.

6. Summer Camp 2023 for the children of our parish will be held from 03rd July 2023 until 28th July 2023 for kids ages 6 to 17 years. Limited seats available. Those who wish to support the summer camp as volunteers are also welcome. Last date for all registrations is 4th of June 2023.

7. Marriage Encounter, invites all married couples to an In person Weekend. The weekend offers you a platform to deepen your relationship and be intimate with your spouse and with God.  The Weekend is on 27th to 28th May. For more details please contact George & Elizabeth at 050 416 9645 & 050 416 9727. 

8. On Tuesday, May 30, there will be devotions at 5:30 p.m. to close the month of May. Girls aged 6-10 years old are invited to dress like Mother Mary and participate in the rosary and procession. Parents can register their children to participate through the parish website or with the Legion of Mary volunteers stationed in front of the church. 

9. The Apostolic Vicariate of Southern Arabia in cooperation with the Embassy of the Slovak Republic and the Embassy of the Czech Republic organizing the Youth String Orchestra on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at 6:00 pm in Bishop Paul Jubilee Memorial Hall. All are invited for this is concert.

10. Congratulations to St. Joseph’s school for securing 100% results for the Grade 10th and 12th CBSE Examination.
